How Multipoint Works

Once enabled, the headphones handle device switching automatically:

• Music on laptop, call on phone: Music pauses, call audio routes through headphones
• Call ends: Music resumes automatically

Audio Quality Trade-Off

LDAC is disabled when using multipoint. Both connections use AAC or SBC instead. For most listeners, this difference is minimal and the convenience outweighs any quality reduction.

For critical listening sessions where LDAC matters, temporarily disable multipoint in the Sony Sound Connect app.

Third Device Behavior
