Quick Setup

1. Open the Bose Music app
2. Navigate to Settings → Bluetooth Connections
3. Enable Multipoint Connection

How It Works in Practice

Automatic Call Switching: When connected to both your laptop and phone, incoming calls automatically route to your headphones regardless of which device is playing audio. After the call ends, audio returns to your previous source.

Audio Switching: Pause playback on one device and start on another—the headphones switch automatically. Alternatively, use the Bose Music app or set up a button shortcut for manual switching.

Button Shortcut: Press and hold the assigned control to hear voice prompts naming your connected devices. Release when you hear the device you want to switch to.
