TLDR Review: Zilla Rock Lair Medium
Verdict
The Zilla Decor Rock Lair Medium is a highly functional and visually appealing hide that provides a secure, natural-feeling retreat for leopard geckos and similarly sized reptiles. Its durable construction and humidity retention features make it ideal for promoting healthy reptile behavior like shedding and rest. However, the weight and breakable material mean it requires gentle handling, and you might eventually need a larger size as your reptile grows. If you’re looking for a reliable medium hide that looks natural and stands up to reptile use, this is a solid choice.
