TLDR Review: Ubiquiti USW-24-POE
Verdict
The Ubiquiti USW-24-POE is an excellent value-packed managed switch that shines in Ubiquiti-centric networks and is particularly well-suited for powering multiple PoE devices like cameras and access points. The fanless design keeps things quiet, though it does run warm under heavy loads—so make sure you've got proper rack ventilation. The main caveat? Since this model is no longer being manufactured, availability may be limited. If you need a switch with better temperature monitoring or higher PoE capacity, you might want to check out Ubiquiti's newer Pro model variant, which offers 8 additional PoE ports and a higher PoE budget for more demanding setups.
