TLDR Review: Surebonder CL-195F Mini Glue Gun
Verdict
The Surebonder CL-195F is a no-nonsense, durable glue gun that combines cordless flexibility with corded reliability, heating up fast and delivering precise, drip-free glue application. It’s best suited for users who want a practical, long-lasting tool for detailed crafting without needing the bells and whistles of more modern models. Just keep in mind the stand limitations and the need for occasional maintenance. If you want a similar glue gun with longer cordless use or a base that supports plugged-in resting, exploring other models might be worthwhile, but for solid performance and durability, this one’s a strong contender.
- Top pro:
- Durable enough to be used daily for years with minimal issues, showcasing excellent longevity.
- Top con:
- The stand only works in cordless mode; you cannot rest the gun on it while plugged in because the cord blocks the base.

- •Needs regular cleaning to remove burnt glue buildup, or it can shorten the gun’s lifespan.
- •Glue sticks are not included, so you must buy them separately.
- •Lacks modern features like auto shut-off, which some newer, fancier cordless models offer.
