TLDR Review: Seagate 1TB Portable External Hard Drive
Verdict
The Seagate Portable 1TB External Hard Drive is a straightforward, budget-friendly storage solution that excels in Windows environments and PS4 gaming expansion. However, Mac users should beware: it requires extra steps for compatibility, and PS5 gamers will find its use limited. If you primarily need a plug-and-play drive for Windows or to expand PS4 storage and want solid reliability with no fuss, this drive fits the bill. For Mac users or those wanting out-of-the-box support for PlayStation 5 games, looking at alternative drives specifically optimized for those systems might save you some headaches.
