TLDR Review: Pearl Milling Company Buttermilk Mix
Verdict
The Pearl Milling Company Buttermilk Complete Mix isn't winning any awards with its subpar packaging and pancake quality issues. If you're searching for a fuss-free pancake mix that doesn't demand an airtight container on your part, you might want to consider alternative brands like Great Value, which many users find offer a better experience.
- Top pro:
- The mix is convenient and easy to use; just add water for preparation.
- Top con:
- Packaging is inadequate, cannot be resealed, leaving the mix exposed to contaminants and bugs.
