TLDR Review: LG 86QNED85AUA 4K TV
Verdict
The LG 86QNED85AUA is a powerhouse when it comes to picture and sound quality, delivering vivid colors and impressive AI-enhanced clarity that make large-screen viewing truly immersive. However, its ultra-thin design raises durability questions, and the awkward mute controls could prove frustrating for everyday use, especially if you frequently watch sports or live TV. If easy muting and rugged build are priorities, you might want to consider other flagship models with more straightforward audio controls or a thicker chassis. Still, for those who crave cutting-edge image quality with smart features like Alexa built-in and AI upscaling, this LG model is a compelling choice.
- Top pro:
- The picture quality is exceptionally detailed and vivid, with bright, lifelike colors and excellent brightness.
- Top con:
- The TV’s extremely thin backside raises concerns about durability and the potential for damage.
