TLDR Review: CRAFTSMAN CMMT34564 Tool Set
Verdict
The CRAFTSMAN Mechanics Tool Set (CMMT34564) offers a solid, professional-grade ratchet and quality sockets in a compact, durable case with a lifetime warranty—making it a great value for basic automotive and household repairs. If you need a broader selection of sizes or a more stackable case, you might want to consider other sets; however, for most users wanting reliable, durable metric tools with excellent ratchet performance in a compact kit, this is a smart buy.
- Top pro:
- The ratchet features a professional-level 72-tooth design with low back drag, making it smooth and easy to use, especially in tight spaces.
- Top con:
- The set lacks a small extension and is missing a 19mm socket, which might be a downside for some users needing those specific sizes.
