TLDR Review: Aquasure Harmony Water Softener 48,000 Grains
Verdict
The Aquasure Harmony Series Water Softener plus Iron Removal unit offers a strong balance of effective water softening and iron removal at a competitive price, especially for DIY-enthusiasts willing to invest a couple of hours into installation. Its fine mesh resin and digital controls give you customized water treatment with less salt use and lasting durability. However, if you’re not confident in handling plumbing tasks or want a completely worry-free setup, professional installation is advisable due to some finicky fittings and resin maintenance needs. For those who want a solid system combining iron removal with water softening and don’t mind a bit of hands-on care, this unit is a smart pick.
- Top pro:

- Top con:
- Initial installation can be tricky for some, with issues reported around brine tank hose pressure and quick-connect fittings leaking if not seated perfectly.
