The small JadeYoga Cork Block measures 9 inches long, 4.75 inches wide, and 3 inches thick. There's also a large size available, though you'd need to check the product page for those dimensions.
From our research, it seems like folks find the small cork block really sturdy and supportive, even if it's a bit smaller and heavier than traditional foam blocks. This sturdiness can be great for some yoga poses, but maybe not ideal for others.
However, there have been some mentions of inconsistencies with orders, like blocks arriving in different sizes or varying quality. So, it's probably a good idea to double-check the dimensions when your order arrives to make sure it's what you expected.
In summary, if you're looking for a solid and compact yoga block, the small JadeYoga Cork Block could be a good fit. Just make sure to verify the details when you get it to avoid any surprises.
