The JadeYoga Cork Block comes in two sizes: 'Cork Small' and 'Cork Large'. According to the manufacturer's description, the 'Cork Small' block measures 9 inches long, 4.75 inches wide, and 3 inches high.
From our research, it seems like this smaller size might not be ideal if you're used to the standard-sized yoga blocks. So, if you plan on using it alongside other standard blocks, it might feel a bit off in comparison. Just something to think about if you're picky about size compatibility during your practice.
On the bright side, the block is generally well-regarded for its sturdiness and eco-friendly cork material. Many folks prefer it over foam blocks because it gives a firm yet comfy grip.
But, there are a few things you should know. Some people have mentioned that the cork can be a bit brittle and might chip. Plus, finer sanding could make the surface smoother and more comfortable.
Overall, the feedback is pretty positive. The build quality and durability of the JadeYoga Cork Block are often praised. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something sustainable and strong.
Just keep in mind the potential for minor wear issues and think about whether the 'Cork Small' size is right for you. The 'Cork Large' might be a better fit if you prefer standard sizing.
In short, the JadeYoga Cork Block is known for its robust build and eco-friendly design. Being aware of some minor surface and brittleness issues can help set realistic expectations about its longevity and feel during your practice.
