The White Knight 40400SBLT Blue Wheel Locks are designed to be pretty user-friendly when it comes to installation. They include a special key socket that makes getting them on and off relatively simple. It's worth noting that they have a specific thread size of 1/2"-20, so double-check that this matches your vehicle.
A cool thing about these locks, according to our research, is their unique key design. This means a regular lug wrench won't work—they really do ramp up your vehicle's security against theft.
Most folks who've used them seem to like how snugly these locks fit, assuming you've got the right size. People often mention the peace of mind the key brings, knowing their wheels are that much safer. The manufacturer also points out how easy these are to install while emphasizing their security benefits.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind, though. A few folks mentioned issues like stripping if you over-torque or misfit them, so handling them with care is key.
It's also a good idea to keep the key handy, like with your spare tire kit, to avoid any headaches during a tire change on the go.
So, all in all, these wheel locks seem pretty straightforward to set up as long as you're careful. Just keep the key safe, and you should have no trouble with installation while keeping your wheels secure.
