Verdict
The Zep ZU104632 32OZ Grout Cleaner effectively transforms tile and grout with minimal scrubbing, making it a standout product for stubborn stains. However, due to its strong fumes and potential to damage surfaces like baseboards, it demands a cautious, well-ventilated use. An additional mopping pass is necessary to remove any slippery residue. For those willing to handle these concerns, it's a powerful solution to rejuvenate tile floors and update grout lines without the need for replacements.
