Verdict
The SeaChem Tidal 75 by Sicce boasts excellent customization, durability, and a user-friendly design with a quiet operation. While it is favored for its adjustability and self-priming features, several users have reported excessive noise, especially when compared to smaller models, and inefficiencies for its intended tank capacity. Ideal for saltwater aquariums due to its protein skimmer, the filter may not meet the needs of those particularly sensitive to noise or requiring maximum flow for large tanks without additional noise reduction measures.
