TLDR Review: TCL 75-Inch Q6 QLED 4K TV
Verdict
The TCL 75Q650G smart TV combines a massive, vibrant 75-inch QLED display with solid gaming features and a host of HDR technologies at a price point that delivers great value compared to premium brands. However, if you're picky about smart TV interface speed and audio quality, this model will likely require pairing with external devices like an Apple TV or soundbar to reach its full potential. For those who prioritize a stunning large screen and customizable image over flawless out-of-the-box smart performance, this is a very compelling pick. If you want a similar size with perhaps a more refined system or enhanced sound, exploring premium brands or dedicated streaming devices might be worth your time.
- Top pro:
- The 75-inch QLED screen delivers vibrant, accurate colors with excellent picture sharpness thanks to direct-view LED backlighting, avoiding the usual edge-lighting glow.
- Top con:
- The built-in Google TV interface can be slow, clunky, and unintuitive, with some users preferring to pair the TV with an external Apple TV for a smoother, faster experience.
