TLDR Review: TCL 65-Inch QLED 4K TV (65QM7K, 2025)
Verdict
The TCL 65QM7K offers an impressive combination of vivid QLED picture quality, high refresh rates, and immersive Dolby Atmos sound in a sleek design with a smart, voice-controlled Google TV platform. It’s a fantastic choice for gamers, cinephiles, and general streaming enthusiasts who want premium performance without breaking the bank. If wide viewing angles or the absolute latest HDMI 2.1 gaming features are critical for you, consider exploring other options, but for most users, this 2025 TCL model hits the sweet spot of quality, innovation, and value.

- •Responsive and intuitive interface with minimal lag makes setup and navigation a breeze.

Cons
- •Slight forward tilt at the top when wall-mounted using VESA mounts might require adjustment.
- •Viewing angles, while good for typical seating, aren’t as wide as OLED panels, so color and contrast shift if viewed from extreme sides.

- •Local news and certain niche streaming app availability can feel limited on Google TV compared to other platforms.
- •No mention of support for HDMI 2.1 features like VRR or ALLM, which might affect gamers wanting the latest console optimizations.
