TLDR Review: Surface Pro 7
Verdict
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 128GB i5 8GB RAM version is a solid choice for professionals and creatives looking for a powerful, reliable 2-in-1 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. However, be aware that some units ship with Windows 10 Home instead, so double-check before buying or be prepared to handle customer service hiccups. Also, remember the keyboard is sold separately. If you want a stable OS experience, avoid upgrading to Windows 11 on this model. Overall, it offers great performance and value but demands careful attention to specs and included items before purchase. If Windows 11 compatibility or included accessories are deal-breakers, consider waiting for newer Surface models with updated specs or bundled accessories.
