TLDR Review: SofaBaton U2 Universal Remote
Verdict
The SofaBaton U2 stands out as a top-tier universal remote with extensive device support, excellent customization features like macro buttons, and thoughtful hardware improvements such as backlit buttons and an OLED display. It’s perfect if you want to consolidate multiple remotes into one sleek, powerful controller. Just be aware that some fine-tuning might be needed with obscure devices, and it doesn’t replicate brand-specific remote layouts with original icons. If you want a remote that’s both flexible and future-proof with ongoing firmware support, this is a strong pick. If you’re looking for a universal remote with similarly broad compatibility but want to explore other interfaces or feature sets, feel free to ask and we can suggest alternatives tailored to your preferences!
