TLDR Review: simplehuman 50L Step Trash Can
Verdict
This simplehuman trash can is a robust, stylish choice for those prioritizing durability and security, especially if you have pets or kids. However, it’s not foolproof against animal interference, and the lid and hinge issues reported by some users suggest it may need occasional maintenance. If you want a more pet-proof or hassle-free option, you might consider exploring other models with reinforced lids or easier operation. For a highly durable, long-lasting option with secure locking features—perfect for busy, pet-filled homes—this could be a solid pick.
