TLDR Review: Serta Arlington Executive Chair
Verdict
While the Serta® Smart Layers™ AIR Arlington Executive Chair offers comfort and ease of assembly, it falls short in terms of durability and support. Significant design flaws and poor material quality result in discomfort and frequent maintenance issues. The less-than-stellar customer service only adds to the frustration. If you're seeking a durable and supportive chair, you might want to explore alternatives before committing to this purchase.
