The Seagate Expansion 8TB External Hard Drive is a solid choice for users requiring a large storage solution that works well with both PC and Mac. It offers good data transfer speeds with USB 3.0 and robust build quality. However, it is not the most portable option and requires external power, which might be inconvenient for some. For those needing more advanced security features or more color options, another product might be more suitable.
- Top pro:
- Large 8TB storage capacity sufficient for large data backups and storage needs.
- Top con:
- Requires 12V power adapter, adding to cable clutter.
