TLDR Review: Scott Paper Towels
Verdict
Scott Choose-A-Sheet towels deliver solid mid-tier performance with impressive full-sheet absorbency, but they come with some genuinely annoying quirks that you should know about. The main issue is the dispensing problem—rolls are narrower than standard holders, frequently fall out of dispensers, and stubbornly dispense two sheets at a time, which undermines the entire "choose-a-sheet" concept and burns through rolls faster than you'd expect. The half-sheets are also underwhelming when it comes to absorption and tend to waterlog. While you're looking at a noticeable step down in quality compared to premium brands like Brawny and Sparkle, if you're okay with the quirks and don't mind incompatibility with standard holders, you're still getting respectable value—they're genuinely better than budget brands.
