TLDR Review: Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Flat Black Paint
Verdict
The Rust-Oleum 1976502 Painter's Touch Latex Paint in Flat Black offers a solid performance for those looking for a glossy finish and versatility across various surfaces—with the bonus of only needing one coat for great appearance. However, its thick consistency and tendency to streak can be challenging, especially on detailed work. If seeking a smoother application and greater ease of use, users might consider alternative products or switching to a spray option for better results.
