Verdict
The Roku Ultra 2020 provides a superb streaming experience with its quick setup, responsive interface, and a robust remote control. While there are occasional performance issues and customer service concerns, its overall functionality and versatility, such as compatibility with AppleTV and AirPlay, make it a solid choice for those looking at an alternative to other streaming devices. Be aware of the occasional stuttering with certain frame rates and plan for a stable, hard-wired connection if possible to maximize performance.
