TLDR Review: Ring Wired Doorbell Plus
Verdict
The Ring Wired Doorbell Plus (newest model) stands out with its impressive 2K video quality, reliable wired power, and quick alerts, making it a solid choice for enhancing your home or business security. However, if you rely heavily on Alexa Echo devices for doorbell announcements, be warned that the integration is currently unreliable and frustrating to set up. Also, if your installation involves metal gang boxes, plan on additional mounting accessories. Overall, this is a dependable, high-quality wired doorbell, but for a smoother smart home experience with Echo devices, you might want to explore other Ring models or alternatives with confirmed Echo compatibility.
