TLDR Review: Presto 02153 Digital Pressure Canner
Verdict
The Presto 02153 Precise 23-Quart Digital Pressure Canner is a user-friendly, reliable, and safe choice, especially for beginners or anyone looking to streamline pressure canning with less fuss and more confidence. Its large capacity and smart features make it a worthwhile investment if pressure canning is your game. However, if you need a canner that also handles water bath canning or want to avoid the extra step of warming jars inside, you might want to look elsewhere or pair it with a separate water bath canner for full versatility. Overall, this model gets high marks for convenience, safety, and ease of use.
