TLDR Review: Powerstep Pinnacle Insoles
Verdict
If you're serious about finding professional-grade foot support that delivers real relief from plantar fasciitis, heel pain, or lower back discomfort, the Powerstep Pinnacle insoles are a top contender. Their firm, durable design supports foot stability and posture like few others in its category. Just be prepared for an adjustment period due to the firm arch support and the need to remove your original insoles. If you want something softer or less rigid, you might want to explore other brands that focus on gel or memory foam comfort instead, but for targeted pain relief and durability, these are hard to beat.
- Top pro:
- Provides excellent, firm arch support that significantly improves foot stability and reduces heel and foot pain.
- Top con:
- The high, firm arch support can feel uncomfortable or cause pressure for some users, especially those not accustomed to rigid insoles.

Cons
- •The high, firm arch support can feel uncomfortable or cause pressure for some users, especially those not accustomed to rigid insoles.
- •Full-length design usually requires removing the original shoe insole, which can affect shoe fit and feel.
- •Some users need to trim the insoles to fit different shoe shapes properly, which may be inconvenient.
- •Not the best choice if you prefer softer, gel-like or memory foam insoles, as its firmness is essential for pain relief but may feel too hard initially.
