TLDR Review: Oral-B Pro 500 Toothbrush
Verdict
The Oral-B Pro 500 Electric Toothbrush delivers a solid upgrade in cleaning power and dental checkup outcomes, especially for those who don’t struggle with tooth sensitivity. Its quadrant timer and faster rotation make it effective, but if you want a longer battery life and gentler brushing, this model might leave you wanting more. Keep in mind the long recharge times and quick battery wear can be frustrating. For a gentler experience or improved battery performance, exploring other electric toothbrush options could be worthwhile. If battery longevity and gentle cleaning are your top priorities, you might want to consider alternatives that offer better endurance and sensitivity settings.
- Top pro:
- Significantly improves brushing effectiveness compared to a regular toothbrush, delivering noticeable plaque removal.
- Top con:
- Battery life starts strong but degrades quickly, dropping to about 2 days on a full charge after a few months.

- •Overall performance and battery reliability decline faster than expected, leading to some disappointment over long-term use.
