TLDR Review: Optimum Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate Capsules
Verdict
If you're serious about building strength and don't mind using a bit extra water with your creatine, reviewers are absolutely raving about this Optimum Nutrition option. We're seeing reports of visible muscle gains within the first week paired with zero complaints about side effects, plus the micronized formula absorbs faster than standard creatine. The only real catches are that you'll need to grab a measuring scoop separately and use plenty of water to keep things dissolved smoothly, but that's a small price to pay for such reliable, proven results.
