TLDR Review: Onkyo TX-NR5100 Receiver
Verdict
The Onkyo TX–NR5100 offers impressive 8K video support and decent sound quality for home theater enthusiasts, especially those looking for an upgrade in visual clarity. However, it falls short for gamers needing 4K at 120Hz and for users with extensive, complex wiring setups. If you're after a reliable, easy-to-calibrate receiver with smart features, this model is worth considering. But if you need more advanced gaming support or simpler wiring options, you might want to explore other options.
