TLDR Review: O-Cedar EasyWring Mop
Verdict
The O-Cedar EasyWring Microfiber Spin Mop and Bucket Cleaning System offers significant advantages over disposable systems like the Swiffer Wet Jet, not only in cleaning efficiency but also in cost-effectiveness and environmental impact. However, recent design changes have compromised durability, leading to mechanical issues with the pedal and handle. If you're committed to the benefits but concerned about these drawbacks, a careful search for a more robust alternative might be wise.
- Top pro:
- The mop/spin combo is easy to use and effectively removes more dirt than 'Swiffer' style cleaners.
- Top con:
- Thinner plastics and less rigid pedal mechanism lead to durability issues with the newer model.

Cons

- •Handle length is a frustration, especially for taller individuals, and can collapse under pressure.
- •The bucket lacks clear max fill indicators and is unbalanced when filled.
- •Excessive water remains on the mop after wringing, which can be problematic on floors.
- •Plastic parts, including the pedal and handle mechanism, show signs of early wear and might not last long.
