Score
The Norton Abrasives IM200 Sharpening System receives a moderate score, praised by many users for effectively sharpening knives and its user-friendly design, albeit with a steep learning curve for beginners. However, several reviews highlighted significant issues, such as the wobbly design of the stone holder and the limited grit of the fine stone, which detracts from achieving a razor edge, making it less suitable for serious enthusiasts or professional use. Overall, it offers solid value for casual users but may fall short for those seeking professional-level results.
