TLDR Review: Nestle Media Crema
Verdict
If you’re looking for an authentic, rich Brazilian-style table cream with a luscious thick texture for your cooking and baking, Nestle Media Crema is a reliable and versatile choice. Just keep in mind it’s much thicker than typical cream alternatives, so it won’t always work as a direct substitute. If you want something lighter for recipes needing a thinner cream, you might want to explore other cream options, but for rich, creamy dishes and sweets, this one hits the mark perfectly.
- Top pro:
- Adds a rich, authentic Brazilian "creme de leite" flavor that's hard to find elsewhere.
