TLDR Review: Nectar Premier Copper King Mattress
Verdict
While the Nectar Premier Copper 14" King Mattress excels in providing cooling features and support for heavier individuals, it may not suit everyone due to its unexpectedly firm feel. This mattress could be ideal if you prefer a medium-firm experience and improved spine alignment, but for those needing a softer surface, exploring further options might be beneficial. The comprehensive 365-night trial and strong warranty offer an opportunity to evaluate if this mattress meets your sleep needs without committing immediately.
- Top pro:
- Provides immediate relief from back and hip pain, particularly for individuals weighing around 300 pounds.
- Top con:
- The mattress feels significantly firmer than expected, leading to discomfort and pain for some users.
Pros
- •Provides immediate relief from back and hip pain, particularly for individuals weighing around 300 pounds.
- •Expanded to full size quickly, within about 5 minutes, with minimal off-gassing odor that dissipated within three hours.
- •Offers a sleeping experience that feels more like sleeping on top rather than sinking in.
- •Maintains a cool feel, enhancing comfort during the night, especially with a cooling mattress cover and bamboo sheets.
- •Improved sleep quality for both partners with better spine alignment and consistent edge support.
- •365-night trial and lifetime warranty provide peace of mind.
Cons
- •The mattress feels significantly firmer than expected, leading to discomfort and pain for some users.
- •Reports of numb arms and backaches after use.
- •Frustrating and unhelpful experience with customer service for returns.
- •Some users regret their purchase decision after months of usage.
- •Necessity of a mattress topper to improve comfort seems unreasonable given the high price.
