TLDR Review: Nature's Bounty Magnesium 500 mg, 100 Tablets
Verdict
If you're looking for an effective magnesium supplement to support bone and muscle health while also improving sleep quality, Nature’s Bounty Magnesium 500 mg coated tablets offer a straightforward, reliable option from a trusted brand. The unflavored, coated tablets make it easy to incorporate into your daily routine, and the large bottle size makes it a cost-efficient choice for long-term use. However, if you want a gentler form or need fewer daily doses, you might want to explore other magnesium products with enhanced absorption or alternative forms like softgels.
