Verdict
The MTD 490-040-0016 Trimmer Line Refill is a robust and cost-effective option for those looking to maintain their lawns with ease. It boasts several advantages over traditional raking methods but is less suited for handling pinecones. Ensure you're prepared for possible online replacement part orders to avoid usage delays. If your mower has newer directional tabs, consider checking compatibility before purchase.
