TLDR Review: Mortal Kombat (2021)
Verdict
If you’re a Mortal Kombat enthusiast or a collector looking for a nostalgic and fun flick, this Blu-ray provides decent picture and sound, along with choreographed fight scenes and familiar references. However, it’s not the best choice if you’re after top-tier HD visuals or extensive bonus content — for those, a 4K release or collector’s edition might be better. We think this is a solid, enjoyable pick that’s worth considering if you want a casual Mortal Kombat movie to add to your collection.
- Top pro:
- Blu-ray format offers better picture and audio quality compared to DVD, making for a more enjoyable viewing experience.

- •The cover artwork isn't reversible, and the FSK logo remains visible, detracting from visual presentation.
