TLDR Review: Milwaukee M12 12V Planer 2831-20
Verdict
The Milwaukee M12 12V 2" Brushless Cordless Planer (model 2831-20) is a lightweight, precise, and efficient tool perfect for small woodworking jobs and touch-ups. Its sharp blades, solid build, and dust management make it a solid pick for anyone already invested in the M12 ecosystem. However, if you plan on tackling larger or heavier projects, you might find its battery life and power limiting. For serious heavy-duty planing, consider a higher voltage or corded model, but for convenient, clean, and accurate light to medium work, this bare tool is a smart choice.
