TLDR Review: Metamucil Fiber Powder Orange
Verdict
The Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Powder is a great choice for maintaining digestive and heart health while being easy on sugar. Though it rapidly thickens – perhaps a bit too enthusiastically – the flavor and health benefits make it worth a try for those looking to enhance their daily fiber intake. If flavor and solubility are your primary concerns, you might consider looking at alternative fiber supplements that dissolve more easily.
