TLDR Review: Manduka Begin Yoga Mat
Verdict
The Manduka Unisex 5 mm Begin yoga mat in Bondi Blue is a beautifully designed mat that offers decent cushioning and sustainability. However, its initial slipperiness and grip issues may pose challenges, particularly for beginners or those practicing on carpet. Ideal for hardwood floor use and more serious yoga enthusiasts who don't mind a little prep, its attractive price and color may be enticing, but be prepared for some grip adjustments. If grip is a priority, you may want to explore other options or techniques for enhancing this mat's performance.
- Top pro:
- Provides a solid, comfortable surface for yoga practice, with surprising cushioning for its thinness.
