TLDR Review: LG 55" OLED C5 4K TV
Verdict
The LG 55-Inch OLED evo C5 is a knockout if you want one of the best OLED TVs of 2025, boasting fantastic picture quality, immersive Dolby Atmos sound, and gamer-ready features like 120Hz and VRR. Its sleek design and smart AI enhancements make it a versatile centerpiece for any living room. Just be ready for a bit of a workout when moving or mounting it, and a somewhat quirky remote that may require patience or adaptation. If you want flawless remote control simplicity, you might consider waiting for a model with a refined interface, but if picture and sound reign supreme in your priority list, this TV is a smart buy.

- •Multiple HDMI 2.1 ports are clearly marked, facilitating easy connection of external devices and sound systems like Sonos soundbars.
- •Highly rated by Consumer Reports as one of the best televisions available in 2025, praised for delivering on picture and sound quality promises.
Cons
- •The TV is quite heavy and awkward to move, generally requiring two people for mounting or adjusting the stand.
- •Assembly instructions for the stand could be more user-friendly and clearer for some buyers.
- •The remote’s cursor pointer can be frustrating; it tends to jump randomly and cannot be permanently disabled, which complicates menu navigation for those preferring simple controls or with hand tremors.

- •Minor glare can be noticed near windows even with blinds down, which is typical for OLED displays but may affect bright room viewing for some users.
