Verdict
The 2.1 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Over-the-Range Microwave offers a robust set of features, such as a large capacity and a reliable Extenda Vent. It excels in freeing up counter space and includes helpful automatic cooking options. However, it comes with challenges like setup issues with LG ThinQ and some user dissatisfaction with customer service. For those looking for a microwave with an effective ventilation system and solid performance, this model is worth considering. Improvements could be made with better customer service and fulfilling advertised features like 24-hour time and auto sync. If these are deal-breakers for you, it might be wise to explore other microwave options.
