TLDR Review: Leviton Wallplate
Verdict
We think that these oversized and mismatched plates are more trouble than they’re worth for everyday home use. While some praise their durability and safety features, the fit and appearance issues seem overwhelming—many users find them unattractive or incompatible with standard outlets. If you're after a clean, seamless look with reliable installation, sticking with traditional wall plates is your best bet. For a more precise fit and professional appearance, you might want to consider the standard Leviton PJ26-WM 1-Gang Decora Wallplate, which is designed to fit properly without the fit and aesthetic problems.
- Top pro:

- •Designed for very rare situations where outlet cutouts are incorrect, not for regular use
- •Proper installation requires careful handling and light torque, not suitable for heavy tightening
