Pros

•Easy to install, making setup a breeze for most users.
•The color screen is a nice touch, providing a pleasing aesthetic appeal.

Cons

•The screen is too small for some users, making it difficult to read from a distance.
•Issues with wind speed accuracy have been reported, with wind speed sometimes displaying as broken dashes.
•The quick start guide has been noted as problematic or lacking in clarity by a few users.
•Cheap mounting screws can affect the overall installation stability; better quality is recommended.

Bottom Line

The La Crosse Technology 327-1417 Color Wind Speed Weather Station offers a visually appealing color display and is straightforward to set up. However, potential buyers should consider the concerns around wind speed accuracy and small screen size. Ensure to use high-quality mounting screws for a more secure setup. If wind speed precision is crucial for your use case, you might want to explore other models with better-reviewed sensors.
