Before considering this film to capture your precious moments, remember it has a dramatic penchant for producing blank images. Might want to keep shopping unless you enjoy the suspense of not knowing whether you'll actually get any photos.
- Top pro:
- High-quality film that produces clear and vibrant photos, perfect for those Kodak moments.
- Top con:
- Produces blank images more often than a writer with writer's block.
Score
Kodak Ultramax 400 earns its overall score due to its well-regarded color quality, versatility, and reliability in various lighting conditions, making it popular among both beginners and experienced photographers. However, several customer complaints about receiving defective rolls or incorrect exposures have diminished the overall sentiment, highlighting some inconsistencies that may affect purchase confidence. While it provides excellent image quality, potential buyers should be aware of these issues.
