TLDR Review: KNIPEX Alligator Pliers 10-Inch
Verdict
The KNIPEX Alligator Water Pump Pliers are a top-tier choice for those needing a durable, versatile tool that excels at gripping soft or deformable materials. While they lack a true lock for rigid objects, their exceptional build, high grip strength, and slim design make them perfect for plumbing and mechanical tasks where access and control are critical. If you need a tool that can reliably handle heavy-duty, deformable items, this model is a solid investment. However, for tasks involving locking onto solid objects like nuts, you might want to consider a dedicated locking plier or slip-joint wrench instead.
