TLDR Review: Kerastase Discipline Shampoo
Verdict
Kerastase Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Smooth-In-Motion Shampoo earns high marks for its ability to transform unruly and over-processed hair into softer, frizz-free locks. However, if you are specifically looking for a sulfate-free shampoo, you might want to reconsider, as the labeling may be misleading. Despite being a bit pricey, the small amount needed per use helps to offset the cost. Pairing it with other products from the Kerastase line, like their conditioner or anti-frizz spray, can enhance your overall results.
