Verdict
The Jet 716000 JWDP-12 Drill Press is a robust, well-designed tool, well-suited for most home workshop needs. It offers stability, precision features, and ease of setup. However, its power may fall short in more demanding tasks such as drilling through thicker wood. It's an excellent choice for those needing reliable performance for moderately demanding projects. If power for heavy tasks is critical, consider exploring options with more horsepower or specific features that meet your needs.
