Pros

•The product looks like new and has a higuality appearance
•It performs well as a refurbished or renewed item, meeting expectations
•The seller was helpful and reimbursed for the battery replacement
•The phone functions properly overall, with no major issues reported beyond specific defects
•The camera, despite scratches, was considered quite good by some reviewers
•The device feels solid in hand and is generally in good shape for a used item
•The overall user experience was positive, especially with positive seller support

Cons

•The battery capacity listed at 84% is below expectations for a refurbished device claiming "excellent" health
•There are scratches across the camera lens, which could affect photo quality
•The earpiece doesn't work, requiring speakerphone for calls—definitely a major inconvenience
•The phone can freeze unexpectedly, sometimes making it unresponsive and requiring resets
•Screen freezing, especially in magnification mode, can cause usability issues
•Limited volume output hampers sound clarity and privacy
•Some units have cosmetic issues like cracks or visible thumbprinized circles on the screen
•Setting up a used, unlocked iPhone 12 may require technical knowledge or professional help

Bottom Line

This (Renewed) Apple iPhone 12, 64GB, Blue, is a decent choice if you prioritize a visually pleasing, functional device at a good value. However, potential buyers should be aware of common issues like diminished battery health, scratches, and earpiece problems, which could impact daily use. For those needing pristine condition and reliable performance, especially with battery and sound, considering a newer or better-conditioned device might be the safer option.
